“Over the past 14 years I have worked in large scale gyms, small gyms, private studios, and my own home studio. What I like most about the home studio is that it removes the intimidation and distraction that comes with a large public gym. The home studio is just about you and me. For your entire session my focus is on you. This allows you to grow and move along your health journey without fear of going into a gym. The home studio allows a small safe space for you. By inviting clients into my home I develop very close relationships with them. This always proves to be beneficial to reaching health goals” – Nic

I believe a personal trainer should never be hired without a consultation. In our consultation we will talk about your goals, go over medical conditions, get some important starting numbers, and discuss a plan of action for achieving your fitness and health goals.
I will also answer any questions you have at that time. The consultation allows us to build a plan that is perfectly suited to YOU. After all, that is what personal training is about, a plan that is personally for you.
Free session –
One of the most important aspects of personal training is having a good relationship with your trainer. We need to get along personally if I am to make a positive impact in your life.
I offer a free training session to every client. This session is to introduce you to my training style and to see if we will work well together, after all we will be spending 2-3 days a week together for a while. This session allows us both to see if we are a good fit together.
