Body by Nic Bootcamp is about getting all of my clients together and bringing it outside for the wonderful summer months. This is the time when my clients meet their fitness family. Each and every year we welcome new people to the family as we work in the sun with music, weights, ropes, body weight, partner exercises etc.
Bootcamp is FUN! The word bootcamp intimidates many but it shouldn’t because it really is one of the BEST ways to workout, by working out in a group setting you meet like minded people and you PUSH yourself that little bit more.
Bootcamps are seasonal and are offered 1-5 x per week. Stay up to date by liking our Facebook page. Bootcamps always start the first week in June and end mid September.
